This Soviet Commander (Red Alert iPhone) is a player character in Red Alert iPhone. He replaces the old Soviet Commander (Red Alert 2) in a war called the Post-War Crisis. The war is between the factions of both Allied and Soviet, but with a new superpower named the Empire of the Rising Sun. The Commander was replaced by a new Commander in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3.
