The Phase 1 Velmoran Combat Armor was a full set of body armor designed for the Velmoran Security forces, by VMEW and produced by V Armory. It served as the armor of the Velmoran Royal Guard until the abolishment of the monarchy prior to the RLF/Imperial War, and afterwards was used by all phases of the RLF, up through the creation of the PGA, and was not officially replaced until the emergence of the Revenant Armada.
