The S.C.A.M.P.P., or P.H.L.A.Z.E.R., is a laser weapon that uses a lens to convert a flash light into a green energy ray. It needs to be plugged into an electrical outlet to function. In Operation: N.O.-P.O.W.U.H., it was used by Numbuh 5 against the Heli-Teacher. Later, she tried to use it against a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, but without the electricity provided by the hamsters the weapon didn't work. It was later redesigned to work with the batteries in the flashlight.
