Outrun is cool, calm and considered by many as a real danger when he is driving on the highway. He has a great sense of humour and the Decepticons, especially the seekers, are his favourite targets. In robot mode, he carries two electroblaster pistols, each able to fire 500 megawatt discharge. His alternate form is a Vector WX3 sport car equipped with a low level forcefield that allow him to run through a concrete wall undamaged. When in battle he tends to take unnecessary risks to achieve his objective.
