Harold Hines is the CEO of Magadon, Incorporated. He created the Freakfeet fomori in the late 1970s while working for Panacea, a Magadon Pharmaceuticals subsidary. He died in 1996 of a "stress-related aneurysm", and James Graystone (the great-nephew of founder Bryant Vandegrift) became the new CEO.
