A large, ghoulish, green monster with a deformed head that is a mass of tentacles and suckers that ooze a putrid black slime. At the center of the tentacles is a hideous yellow eye. This creature inhabits a moat in Ikaya. The Akraa’ Neonor can be controlled with a stone Effigy of its likeness. It is three times the size of a horse and is a very powerful, unique monster.
