Jermaine Lewis (born November 11, 1979 in Waukegan, Illinois) is an arena football wide receiver / linebacker who is currently a free agent. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Detroit Lions in 2003. He played college football at Western Michigan. In his career, Lewis has also played for the San Francisco 49ers, Tennessee Titans, Houston Texans, Amsterdam Admirals, Nashville Kats, Dallas Desperados, and Grand Rapids Rampage.
