The Cairns of Dunar lie south-west of the village of Ennox in Ruddlestone. The cairns consist of "four tumuli constructed around a central ring of stones with one roughly at each point of the compass." They are home to a terrible Banshee, the Cailleach, and to a brood of Giant Spiders. But for the brave adventurer, a visit to the Cairns of Dunar may bring rich reward, since the ancient Moon Shield and the magical sword Shadowbane can be found there.
