Scooter lives with his twin sister Skeeter and his dad (who looks exactly like him). He wears a polo shirt (with a pocket for his pens and pencils); his signature color is yellow, whereas Skeeter often wears a green shirt. Scooter is often insecure because his sister tends to be good in every area where he's deficient. Nevertheless, he excels in science class. Because he has difficulty learning how to read, Scooter takes special reading classes.
