Hanna Lowell was the head of a pharmaceutical company called Lowell Pharmaceuticals who was also personally responsible for sending a SWAK letter to the NCIS Headquarters in Washington D.C, forcing the building to be evacuated while Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Anthony DiNozzo, Caitlin Todd and Timothy McGee who had direct contact with the letter were put into isolation as a precaution. Hanna later revealed that she was dying from an inoperable brain tumor which meant that the chances of her being jailed for her actions were very slim.
