Uncle Herbert's horn is a musical instrument that Chlorhydris had turned into a magical horn in the cartoon show episode "Can't Smurf The Music". With the spell that was cast upon it, the horn turned whatever music can be heard in the world into musical notes, leaving musical instruments sounding dead and those with singing voices as if they have lost their ability to sing. All musical notes would then fly off in the direction of the horn where they would be stored, leaving even the world dead in music-less silence. (This was emphasized with the episode's soundtrack being devoid of any music while the horn's spell was in effect.)
