Mijin Kouka (みじんこうか Mijin Kōka?) is the artist in charge of drawing the Toaru Nichijou no Index-san 4-koma manga. Not much is known of him but has stated in his profile in Pixiv that he is training everyday to draw cute girls, and is exemplified by his artstyle.
