Calthorpe Park School Film Club was founded and formed in 2006 at Calthorpe Park School by James Chaplin and Thomas Rowe for charity which was for Children in Need where fellow students at the school would have to come in and pay to watch films and the money raised was given to charity and Children in Need. The Film Club ran for several weeks and raised a lot of money but it failed to attract enough people with this happening and not enough people turning up and not providing interest the film club had to shut down and cease.
