Giblets is a dog located in the city of Daggerfall. The dog can be found in the town square, in the market, or will find the Vestige himself. When Giblets is spoken with, he can initiate the quest "Blood and the Crescent Moon". He also makes an appearance in Lion Guard Redoubt, standing next to Sir Lanis Shaldon, who claims Giblets followed them all the way from Daggerfall once the king mentioned the Vestige's name.
