Rufus Ruffcut and his partner Sawtooth are the drivers behind the Buzz Wagon. They are a muscle-bound, ever-smiling lumberjack and a beaver in a wagon made of logs, with buzzsaws for wheels, hence its name. The buzzsaws gave the car the ability to cut through almost anything, (even the solid rock Boulder Mobile) damaging or destroying the object in the process.
