Fisher-Price produced a 123 Sesame Street Playset in 2009, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Sesame Street. The set depicts the 123 Sesame Street brownstone and Hooper's Store, with Ernie and Bert's apartment inside. The set is a re-creation of Fisher-Price's "Sesame Street Apartment" playset, made for the Fisher-Price Little People line in 1974. The brownstone set can be closed, and carried by a handle. The playset includes two PVC figures, Big Bird and Elmo. Three PVC sets are sold separately -- Big Bird and Ernie, Super Grover and Oscar the Grouch, and Elmo and Cookie Monster.
