Ciran Ern was a male Human representative of Junction V during Galactic Republic's reign. Though he cooperated with Lorian Nod for a long time in the scheme involving the Annihilator. He was killed by Nod for placing an arrest warrant on the former Jedi who betrayed the whole population of his planet.
