Roberta Rodes is Rhodey's mother and Tony's guardian. Roberta Rhodes was the head legal counsel for Howard Stark. Roberta knows more about Stark International than anyone else. Although she can't stand Obadiah Stane, she swore to keep her job in order to keep on eye on Obadiah until Tony can take control of the corporation.
