The music video for the song was banned from MTV because the viewers could see Rockzo's loins through his jumpsuit. The song is pretty much about Dr. Rockzo and his addiction to cocaine. At one point, archive footage of his time in court played, with a judge asking Rockzo why his nose was bleeding. Rockzo's response? "I fell down!"
