Cape has panel seaming in front and in back, armhole openings in front seams and faced band collar sewn to neck edge. Collar, neck and fronts are interfaced. Cape fronts are closed part way with buttons and self fabric loops or separating zipper. when cape is made from vinyl or leather-like fabric, fronts are closed with separating zipper only and interfacing is omitted. Dress has panel seaming in front and back , center back zipper and bias rolled collar included in neck facing seam. Interfaced collar is closed in back with hooks and eyes.
