Jim Bernstein is a former staff writer on Phineas and Ferb. He started working on the third season of the show. His previous credits include Family Guy, American Dad and Andy Richter Controls the Universe. He has an Emmy nomination for his work on American Dad. He was also a songwriter for the Phineas and Ferb Holiday Favorites album. He left Phineas and Ferb to co-create the live-action Disney XD comedy Mighty Med.
