Sakura and Naruto are two entirely different persons. For the most part Naruto has acted out his entire life to seek attention (painting the Hokage Monument, stealing a forbidden scroll) that is not something that Sakura has done. You can't compare Naruto's action to someone who is supposed to represent "normal" and expect Sakura to get the same level of correction.
