Keith has the same head-shot as fellow mascot Patrick Jayapalan, as they have the same costume and thumbnail pose. He has the same facial structure as Steven Dallas. Keith's name is randomized when La Fiesta Tech is generated. The name "Keith Bar" is only referenced in the game files. He has a Lifetime want that was removed prior to release.
