Andy Bartholomew was the partner of Ben Coombs - an old friend of Marcus Dent. Marcus and ex-boyfriend Sean Tully (and their respective current partners) had been invited to Andy and Ben's reception which was held at Nick's Bistro in June 2013 - following their civil wedding ceremony.
