Planwana (Japanese: ???) is a Grass Pokémon. Along with ??? and ???, it is one of three starter Pokémon that professor Alder hands out, and the player can choose to start with at the beginning of Pokémon Ancients. The main purpose of Planwana, as with all other Pokémon, is to battle both wild Pokémon, untamed creatures encountered while the player passes through various environments, and tamed Pokémon owned by Pokémon trainers. It is the grass starter for the Hayash region.
