Madame Woe is an elemental monster. She gets her name from bringing woe or trouble to everyone she touched. Madame Woe's jewel allowed her to control wind, rain, heat, the sun, the sea, and cold and could send people to other dimensions. She was defeated when Billy kicked her in the face, cracking the crystal on her head and thus making her lose energy, freeing the other Power Rangers and Marge, Billy's girlfriend at the time. They then used the Power Blaster to finish her off, to Rita's despair.Woe to You
