Beth Collingwood is a member of the Office of Naval Intelligence who works in an office at Chawla Base. Her husband, Keith Collingwood, was killed on a ship during the Battle of Reach. She is probably not very high in rank, as she has a cubicle near Rani Sobeck, a junior-level spook.
