This is a Daily Quest which can be repeated as much as possible, assuming you have not exceeded 10 Daily quests in that day. To complete this quest simply go into Dead Tree Cave and kill Pirlanok Servant and collect his drop: Demon Spider's Tooth. During combat, sometimes Pirlanok may lay an egg wich if not destroyed quickly will spawn many spiders like the ones in the area.
