The BIOHAZARD OUTBREAK Original Soundtrack features music composed by Japanese Academy Award-winning composer Akihiko Matsumoto, with further works by composers Mitsuhiko Takano; Etsuko Yoneda, and Tetsuya Shibata. It should also be noted that at least one track from Resident Evil 2 by Masami Ueda and other tracks by Shusaku Uchiyama, and Shun Nishigaki received new arrangements for this release. Unlike Resident Evil soundtracks before and after it, the BIOHAZARD OUTBREAK soundtrack features several noticeably recurring themes.
