Sentinel Velene Starstrike[[:File:|[, ]]] is a night elf quest giver formerly located at Silverwind Refuge in the contested territory of Ashenvale. After the attack upon the Refuge by the Horde, Velene and one other survivor, Bhaldaran Ravenshade, fled to Stardust Spire. She might be related to Layo Starstrike, who is currently in Silithus.
