Lord of the City is the title given to the secular ruler of the nation of Azure City. In addition to their duties as ruler of Azure City, the Lord of the City also separately holds the post of Sapphire Commander of the Sapphire Guard after an aged Soon Kim transferred command to Lord Ronjo.
