Hakumeigakure (薄明隠れの里, Hakumeigakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden in the Twilight", also known as "Hidden Twilight Village") is the shinobi village of the Land of the Eclipse. As one of the Great Shinobi Countries, Hakumeigakure has a Kage as its leader, known as the Yorukage (夜影, Night Shadow). There have been five Yorukage, the current one being Mizuki Uchiha. The village is bordered by tall, large mountains, granting it great protection, and making it difficult to infiltrate. Unlike other villages, Hakumeigakure has a variety of different element users, giving it a multicultural society. The village is known for its prestigious weaponry, and deadly poisons. The Shinobi excel in stealth, and assassination. Every eclipse, Hakumeigakure holds a large festival to honor it.
