We, the citizens of the Republic of New Cambria, represented by the freely elected Parliament, filled with the spirit of the inviolable values of human dignity and freedom, being loyal to all good traditions of our ancestry, in order to form a national union, guarantee justice, secure domestic peace, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity adopt this Constitution, the Fundamental Law of the Republic of New Cambria.
