The grizzled leader of the Desert Dawn resistance group, a ragtag band of guerilla soldiers drawn from the townships of northern Africa. Although he has little use for the arrogant superpowers which make up the Earth Alliance, Sahib makes common cause with the Archangel crew against their mutual enemy. As an old friend of Cagalli Yula Athhas' family, Sahib is one of the few resistance members who knows the secret of her true identity.
