The Race::2008 Montmagny 250 was a Serie ACT-Castrol event held at Track::Autodrome Montmagny on August 24, 2008. Mario Gosselin became the only driver on the 2008 season to win two races, taking the lead for good just past the halfway point but only managing to hold off Stéphane Descoste by eight car lengths when the checkered flag fell. Alexandre Gringas only finished 10th but took advantage of a worse finish by Karl Allard (15th) to expand his championship lead to 20 points with just one points-paying race to go.
