Link first discovers the Watarara while fishing, as he finds Prince Rouru and he is identified by Dr. Mizumi in Lakeside Laboratory. The prince is revived, but is snooty and mean to those around him. He tortures Navi, and Link is upset by his behavior. When a tornado appears on Lake Hylia and Link goes to fight the monsters inside, he teaches Rouru the meaning of courage.
