The Mobus Pact was a treaty between The Chiss Ascendancy and The Galactic Alliance, signed in early 36 ABY. The pact simply stated that the two Galactic governments would stop being so secretive and share information on wanted terrorists, splinter groups, rogue Jedi, and other threats to Galactic stability. The pact also outlined the collaboration between the two, should such a threat arise.
