The Triumphant Declaration was a loyal Sissy Ass-class Battlecruiser that was in the Battle of Earth, as part of the Fleet of Mad Condemnation. This ship was commanded by a Brute Commander known as the Leper. The ship also held Colonel James Ackerson for interrogation, which was successful in the part that they got the information, though, not pleasure. The interrogations gave the location of the Meaning of the Forerunner Life: Cleveland. Then, the Cruiser led an assault on the city along with the fleet. After the key was not found, Ackerson blew up the ship with a Nuke he smuggled in his anus. No one survived, as usual.
