Mites infest clothes. Clothes take time and energy to wash and dry. If you have a serious problem with mites you can try walking around naked. This can reduce the amount of washing required. If you have just cleaned then why infest more clothes than required? If costs nothing to walk around naked. Just make sure you don't freeze or get a cold if you have water on you. A step up from this is to find clothes which reduce clothes or for which can be easily washed or discarded or which trap, kill or repel mites.
