Three reagents are mixed to create a long-lasting light source for the lamps: Agnium, Serpentinium and Zerine, but the true magic lies in a pedestal which is used to combine these reagents. When the reagents are placed upon it, they fuse to form the light material phosphor which can then be used in the lamp posts.
