He was given the nickname "Goody Two-Shoes Consul" by Bumi. Although he was Bumi's advisor, this man was an ally of Lian, the machine maker. The consul worked against the king and tried to prevent Team Avatar from leaving Omashu. However, Haru disliked how he chose Lian over protecting the city and defeated the man singlehandedly, causing the advisor to faint. Zuko later found him and tried to force information out of him, only to be attacked by a machine, which ended in both their capture.
