Wally Whoopie is the nephew of Big Tiny Tallsaddle and the stand-up comedian for WHOG country radio. When the station broadcasts from The Muppet Theatre in The Muppet Show episode 521, his uncle Big Tiny insists on putting Wally on instead of Fozzie Bear. He hijacks Fozzie's act and immediately makes him into his unwitting stooge.
