Whis is a God, who is one of the Grand Martial Arts Masters of Universes. He makes his first appearance with Bills, the God of Destruction in Dragon Ball Z "Battle of Gods". Whis later appears in Dragon Ball SF to assist in Training Goku and Vegeta in order to defeat the ancient Monster known as Ark. He also later appears in Dragon Ball GF.
