Mary Chase wrote the play, Harvey, first produced in 1944. Harvey is the human-sized (6 foot tall) white rabbit that is invisible to most people. When he's not invisible, Harvey tends to look much like the White Rabbit from the Alice in Wonderland series, except Alice's rabbit has a prominent watch. For a Harvey costume you can wear normal clothing, but all exposed skin on arms or legs should be covered with white fur. Then add white paw gloves, big rabbit ears, a pink or black nose (face paint, cardboard or plastic) and whiskers.
