Royce Duskwhisper is a night elf quest giver located at the Shrine of Goldrinn in Mount Hyjal. In the first phase of the subzone he is imprisoned within a cage[[:File:|[, ]]], but the second phase finds him at the encampment[[:File:|[, ]]], and it is here he is a quest giver.
