The Carniflower Bud is a bonus boss in Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time. Two are fought alongside the Carniflower, and act in the same manner as in Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates. They will attack either by biting at the player, or by burrowing underground and popping up underneath the player to knock them into the poison field, or leave them open to the Carniflower's spells. The Carniflower Bud is weak to Fire, and upon defeat will usually relinquish food.
