The Vulcan Isolationist Movement, also known as VIM, are a terrorist group of Vulcans that want Vulcan to isolate itself from contact with aliens and the Federation. (Last Unicorn RPG module: Gambit) In 2369 the movement attempted to reassemble the Stone of Gol (TNG episode: "Gambit").
