Cloteias III was Divine Sovereign of Al-Antidia and the founder of the first Clotean Dynasty, ushering what is known as the First Clotean Period. He was the successor of Anipheon IX, having deposed him after a rebellion against both Anipheon and his wife. Cloteias also had Perennial ancestry, yet it is not known if one of his parents was a Perennial, or descended from one. He was later assassinated by supporters of his son, who would succeed him as Rassaeon III.
