A Jhereg boss who had a turf war with Welok the Blade early in the career of Vlad Taltos. Rolaan was eventually killed, ending the war, and was succeeded by his lieutenant, Feet Charno. Due to the circumstances surrounding these events, it is likely that Feet played a role in the death of his former boss. Note: Despite the similarities in their names, there is no evidence that Rolaan is linked in any way to either Orlaan or Loraan.
