Master Chief Petty Officer Michael-148 was a Class-I SPARTAN-II commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command. He was a member of Team Sigma, and the commanding officer of the team. However, he went MIA along with Sigma Team on the AL Spirit of Recollection during the Battle of Triton II. He is also the twin of the SPARTAN-II Daisy-023.
